Hello! My name is Alaina, and I am currently a pharmacy student. In my free time (of which I seem to have very little), I love to exercise, read, and drink coffee.
I also have a passion for eating well but eating healthy. I love to make foods that you would normally consider to be unhealthy and make them a bit better for you.
The recipes on my blog are all sweetened with stevia, so they are diabetes-friendly. I also rarely use wheat flour, so the recipes contain little-to-no gluten! My high-protein recipes are great for those of you who exercise regularly and need an extra boost of protein. I also have many recipes with hidden veggies for those of you that are trying to get your kids (or husbands) to eat more veggies.
