8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
Slice chicken breast length-wise into thin strips. Combine vinegar and spices. Marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 170°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil with cooking oil and arrange the chicken in a single layer on the sheet. Bake for 2-3 hours, turning the strips mid-way through.
