1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt


Slice chicken breast length-wise into thin strips. Combine instant coffee, vinegar, and salt. Marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 170°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil with cooking oil and arrange the chicken in a single layer on the sheet. Bake for 2-3 hours, turning the strips mid-way through.
