Ingredients:
1 medium Daikon radish (350 g)
1 tablespoons salt
1 quart water
2 teaspoons corn starch
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:
Cut the Daikon radish into fry-sized. Place the fries, salt, and water in a sealed bowl. Let the fries brine for 6-8 hours or overnight. Transfer the fries to a skillet along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup  of the salt water brine. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until radishes are tender. Uncover and drain. Lightly coat the fries with spray oil and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients, coating them evenly. (You may even consider removing them from the skillet an tossing them in a covered bowl during this step.) Sautee the fries in the skillet uncovered, on medium to high heat until the outsides are slightly crispy. Enjoy!
