2 cup cranberries (220 g)
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
5-6 packets stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water

Add all ingredients to a saucepan and, using a burner on high, bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, turn the burner on low to medium heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Uncover the saucepan, turn the burner to low heat, and allow the sauce to cook for approximately an hour, stirring every 5-10 minutes. The sauce should thicken during this time as much of the water evaporates. Let cook and enjoy with turkey, dressing, and other festive foods!
