Ingredients:
1/4 cup unpopped popcorn kernels (55 g)
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4-5 packets powdered stevia

Method:
In a small glass bowl, add the unpopped popcorn kernels and extracts. Cover tightly and let the extracts infuse at room temperature for 24-48 hours. Using a microwave popper, pop the flavor-infused kernels according to the popper instructions. Add the popped popcorn to a sealable bowl, spray lightly with cooking oil, and add the cocoa powder, salt, and stevia. Seal the bowl and shake to distribute the dry ingredients on the popcorn.

Notes: You can try other combinations of spices, powders, and extracts, as well! Some other favorites of mine are using cinnamon, mint extract, coconut extract, and even protein powder. Please note that some of these may change the nutrition of the popcorn slightly, but be creative and let me know if you come up with some amazing combination!
