2 cups raw broccoli florets (12 oz)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Lightly spray the broccoli florets with cooking oil and toss in the spice mixture. Place the broccoli florets in a small oven-safe casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 35 minutes. Transfer the broccoli florets to a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper and lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Arrange the broccoli florets in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking oil. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until the broccoli florets are slightly browned/blackened.
