1 scoop vanilla or raspberry-flavored whey protein* (30 g)
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 packets of granulated stevia
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (227 g)
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 cup fresh raspberries (200 g)
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse to mix and chop the raspberries. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker. Use the ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions.
