Ingredients:
5/8 cup raw spinach (140 g)
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed (15.5 oz)
1 scoop unflavored brown rice protein (14 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 large egg

Method:
Steam the spinach in a covered frying pan with a small amount of water. Dry the rinsed garbanzo beans using a large towel. Add all of the ingredients but the spinach to a blender and pulse several times just until the ingredients are combined. Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl and add the steamed spinach and stir until the spinach is well distributed. Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape them into patties. In a frying pan that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil, brown the patties over low to medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve in a wrap, on a bun, or just as the patty!
