Ingredients:
2-1/4 cup shaved Brussel sprouts (210 g)
1 can heart of palm pieces (14 oz)
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed (15.5 oz)
1 scoop unflavored brown rice protein (14 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons egg white (46 g)
6 multigrain wraps

Method:
Add the Brussel sprouts and heart of palm to a frying pan that has been lightly sprayed with cooking oil and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Sautee until lightly browned.
Dry the rinsed garbanzo beans using a large towel. Add all of the remaining ingredients to a blender and blend well. Divide the falafel mixture into twelve small balls and flatten slightly. In a frying pan that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil, brown the patties over low to medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Divide falafel and Brussel sprout and heart of palm mixture among six multigrain wraps and enjoy!
