Ingredients:
1 can red beans, rinsed (15.5 oz)
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups riced cauliflower
1/4 cup water

Method:
In a sauce pan, combine red beans, onion flakes, garlic powder, chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. On low to medium heat, cook until warmed, about 4-5 minutes. In another pan, add the cauliflower, remaining salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup water. Cover the cauliflower and heat on low to medium heat until cauliflower is steamed, about 4-5 minutes. Divide the steamed cauliflower rice into two bowls and top with the red beans.
