Ingredients:
1 can black beans (15.5 oz)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (40 g)
1/3 raw spinach (60 g)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
5-10 packets stevia, to taste

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients together until batter is smooth. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 6 cup rectangular Pyrex dish. Bake 20-25 minutes until set.
