Ingredients:
1 scoop unflavored whey protein* (30 g)
2 tablespoons oatmeal, ground into flour (10 g)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon parsley
1 large egg, beaten

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the first seven dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the egg and mix until a batter forms. Pour batter onto a pan lined with wax paper or aluminum foil that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil. Spread the batter into a thin layer with a spatula and bake 15-20 minutes, until browned. Break into chip-sized pieces and serve.
