Ingredients:
1 scoop unflavored whey protein* (30 g)
2 tablespoons oatmeal, ground into flour (10 g)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 large egg, beaten
1-2 tablespoons water, as needed

Method:
Combine the first six dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the egg and enough water to form a pourable batter. Pour half of the batter into a lightly greased 8-9 inch nonstick skillet, completely coating the bottom of the pan with an even layer of the batter. Cook on medium heat until edges begin to bubble and flip the crust. Cook until browned. Repeat with the remainder of the batter. Add desired pizza toppings and enjoy!
