Ingredients:
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1/2 cup brewed coffee
3 packets stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into tenders

Method:
Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl. When the instant coffee, stevia, and salt are dissolved, pour into a quart-sized resealable bag. Add the chicken tenders and refrigerate overnight. In a nonstick pan, grill the chicken tenders over medium heat until cooked through and browned on each side.
