1 scoop vanilla whey protein* (30 g)
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (7 g)
2 cups unsweetened cashew milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
10-12 packets of granulated stevia, to taste
2 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker bottle and shake to combine. Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until gelatin is dissolved. Pour the mixture into a prepared ice cream maker, add the salt and stevia, and use the ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions. Once the ice cream is made, mix in the crushed sandwich cookies. Enjoy!
