1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein* (15 g)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8 packets stevia, to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (56 g)
2-4 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first 5 dry ingredients together. Add the Greek yogurt and enough water to form a thick batter. Pour batter into the cups of a greased mini muffin pan. There should be enough batter to fill 12 cups to 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
