1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein* (15 g)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8 packets stevia, to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (56 g)
2-4 tablespoons water, as needed
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first 5 dry ingredients together. Add the Greek yogurt and enough water to form a thick batter. Pour batter onto a pan lined with wax paper that has been sprayed lightly with cooking oil. Spread the batter into a thin layer with a spatula and bake 15-20 minutes.
