1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein* (15 g)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8 packets stevia, to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (56 g)
6-8 tablespoons water, divided
2 tablespoons peanut flour (15 g)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first 5 dry ingredients together. Add the Greek yogurt and enough water to form a thick batter. Pour batter into a greased mini pie pan or 2-cup Pyrex bowl. For the peanut butter swirl, mix peanut flour with 2-3 tablespoons of water (also add pinch of salt if using unsalted peanut flour). The peanut flour should be thick but still pourable. Drizzle the peanut flour mixture over the top of the brownie batter and bake 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
