Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oat flour (10 g)
3 tablespoons peanut flour (20 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 packets stevia, to taste
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons egg whites (46 g)
1-2 tablespoons water, as needed

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Add egg whites and water as needed to form a thick batter. Pour batter into a greased, mini loaf pan. Bake 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
