Ingredients:
3/4 cup oats (60 g)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (30 g)
1 large egg
2 teaspoons baking powder
6 packets stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt
3-5 tablespoons water, as needed

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients except water until oats are fully chopped and ingredients are completely mixed. The batter should be fairly liquid and pourable. Add water as needed until pourable. Spray a donut pan with cooking oil and fill the wells of the pan to 3/4 full. Bake 8 minutes then remove immediately to a wire cooling rack to cool.
