Ingredients:
1 package raw Brussels sprouts (12 oz)
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut Brussels sprouts in half. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Lightly spray the Brussels sprouts with cooking oil and toss in the spice mixture. Place the Brussels sprouts in a small oven-safe casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 35 minutes. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a cookie sheet that has been lined with wax paper and lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking oil. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are slightly browned/blackened.
