8 oz raw boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into 1 inch thickness
2 tablespoons white cooking wine
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sprinkle each side of the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a sealable, oven-safe dish. (The 3-cup rectangular Pyrex dish is a great option for this.) Pour the cooking wine over the chicken and allow to marinate at room temperature for 4-5 hours. Bake the chicken uncovered at 400°F for 10 minutes, until juices run clear and the inside of the chicken is no longer pink.
