1 bag fresh cranberries (12 oz)
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced thin (275 g)
3/4 cup “cup-for-cup” stevia baking blend, divided
2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
1/4 cup oats (20 g)
1 tablespoon light butter spread, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 4 large ramekins or pint-sized Pyrex bowls with cooking spray. In a large bowl, coat the cranberries and sliced apples with 1/2 cup of stevia and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Divide the coated cranberries and apples evenly into the ramekins. In a small bowl, mix the oats, remaining 1/4 cup of stevia, remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, butter spread, vanilla, and salt together. Sprinkle the oat mixture across the top of the fruit. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
