It’s my birthday, so everything today will have sprinkles! Fair warning! 😀

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oat flour (10 g)
2/3 scoop vanilla whey protein* (20 g)
1 teaspoon sprinkles (4 g)
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
4-5 packets of stevia, to taste
1/2 cup water, divided
1/4 teaspoon butter extract
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, preferably beaten

Method:
Combine the first six dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add roughly 1/8 cup of the water to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the extracts, egg, and remaining water and stir until combined. Pour batter into a heated waffle maker that has been greased. Do not completely fill the waffle iron because these waffles rise significantly. Cook for 2-5 minutes, depending on the waffle maker, until a crust forms and waffles can be removed.
