1/2 cups oats (40 g)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein* (30 g)
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (20 g)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (90 g)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
5-8 packets of stevia, to taste
1/2 cup water
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter in 1/4 cup portions into a prepared waffle maker. Cook for 2-5 minutes, depending on the waffle maker, until a crust forms and waffles can be removed.
