Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oats (10 g)
1/4-1/3 scoop vanilla whey protein (15 g)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder (10 g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3-5 packets stevia, to taste
1/4 cup (scant) non-fat plain Greek yogurt (50 g)
2 tablespoons water
1-2 tablespoons chocolate chips, optional

Method:
In a small bowl mix the first six dry ingredients together. Add Greek yogurt and water and mix until a thick batter forms. Microwave for 30-45 seconds, depending on the speed of your microwave. Remove from microwave, stir, and microwave again for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir in chocolate chips if desired.
