1/2 cups oats (40 g)
1 large banana (140 g)
1 scoop banana or vanilla whey protein* (25 g)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1-2 packets of stevia, to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter in 1/4 cup portions into a prepared waffle maker. Cook for 2-5 minutes, depending on the waffle maker, until a crust forms and waffles can be removed.
