3 tablespoons oat flour (15 g)
1/4-1/3 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein (15 g)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet instant coffee
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 packets stevia, to taste
1/4 cup (scant) non-fat plain Greek yogurt (50 g)
1 large egg
2-3 tablespoons water

Add the first 7 dry ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl and combine. Add the yogurt and egg and mix. Gradually add water to this mixture until a thick batter forms. Microwave batter for 2 minutes, allowing the cake to sit in the microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes after the cake has finished microwaving. Remove from microwave and enjoy!
