Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup minute oats (15 g)
1 cup grated zucchini (150 g)
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (15 g)
3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
2-3 packets stevia, to taste
2 tablespoons peanut flour (15 g)

Method:
Microwave water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for 2-3 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl until water is boiling. Add oats and stir. Allow the oats to sit in the hot water for 1-2 minutes, so that they will continue to cook. Add grated zucchini, cocoa powder, and stevia to the oats and stir until completely mixed. Microwave again for approximately 2 minutes. Meanwhile, mix peanut flour and remainder of salt, adding water little-by-little, until a paste that is slightly thinner than peanut butter forms. Top the microwaved zoats with the peanut flour mixture.
