Ingredients:
1/4 cup (scant) oats (15 g)
1/4-1/3 scoop vanilla whey protein (15 g)
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (60 g)
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 packets stevia, to taste

Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and combined. Heat a nonstick pan that has been sprayed lightly with oil on low to medium heat. When the prepared pan is heated, add the blended batter in approximately 1/8 cup increments to the pan and flip when the edges of the pancakes dome slightly. Continue cooking until done. Remove, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
