Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder* (15 g)
1/8 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (30 g)
2 medium strawberries, sliced (30 g)
1-2 tablespoons water
1 La Tortilla Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla

Method:
Mix together 3/4 of the protein powder and the Greek yogurt. Mix in the strawberries. This will be the filling. Spread onto the tortilla and fold the edges inward, completely covering all of the filling and making a rectangle. If there are edges sticking out, cut them off. In a skillet, brown each side of the pop-tart slightly, just enough to form a crust. For the frosting, mix the remaining protein powder with water, adding one drop at a time until it forms a thick paste. Spread on the browned pop-tart.
