Ingredients:
1/3 scoop chocolate protein powder* (10 g)
1/8 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (30 g)
1 tablespoon peanut powder (7.5 g)
1-2 tablespoons oat flour (5 g)
1-2 tablespoons water
1 La Tortilla Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla

Method:
Mix together half of the protein powder and all of the rest of the ingredients except the tortilla. This will be the filling. If it is too thick add a little more water; if it is too thin add a little more oat flour. Spread onto the tortilla and fold the edges inward, completely covering all of the filling and making a rectangle. If there are edges sticking out, cut them off. In a skillet, brown each side of the pop-tart slightly, just enough to form a crust. For the frosting, mix the remaining protein powder with water, adding one drop at a time until it forms a thick paste. Spread on the browned pop-tart.
