Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans (15 oz)
1/2 cup peanut flour (60 g)
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
5-10 packets stevia, to taste
1-2 tablespoons water

Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour blended mixture into a prepared 6 cup Pyrex dish (a 8×8 pan will probably work as well, but the blondies will be thinner). Bake 25-30 minutes until set.
