4-6 cups ice
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5-8 packets stevia (to taste)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (20 g), peanut powder (30 g), or any flavor protein powder (30 g), optional
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until no ice cube chunks remain. Enjoy immediately.
Chocolate version: When you blend the ingredients, add the cocoa powder.
Peanut butter version: When you blend the ingredients, add the peanut powder (and a dash of salt, if your peanut powder does not have salt).
Protein version: When you blend the ingredients, add the protein powder and omit or decrease the stevia if your powder is already sweetened.
This recipe cannot be frozen because there is no fat or sugar in it to prevent ice crystal formation. If it is frozen, it will freeze into a solid chunk of ice, which will need to be blended again.
