Ingredients:
3 cups oats (240 g)
3 scoops chocolate whey protein* (100 g)
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (30 g)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (170 g)
3 large eggs
10-15 packets of stevia, to taste
Water, as needed to form a thick batter

Method:
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Only add water if needed after blending the other ingredients and add it in small portions. Pour batter in 1/4 cup portions into a prepared waffle maker. Cook for 2-5 minutes, depending on the waffle maker, until a crust forms and waffles can be removed. Cook for less time if you want a more fudgy, brownie-like consistency. Cook for more time if you want a more bread-like consistency.
