Ingredients:
Crust:
10 ounces raw broccoli
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oats (20 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Topping:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
4 ounces chicken, cooked and cut into chunks
1 1/2 large onions, chopped (300 g)
1 large bell pepper, chopped (140 g)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2-3 large mushrooms, sliced (30 g)

Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Add all of the crust ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. The blended mixture should be the consistency of thick paste and should not have any visible chunks of broccoli remaining. Prepare a baking/pizza stone by spraying it with oil. Onto the prepared stone spread the crust mixture using a spatula so that the mixture is roughly 1/4 inch thick with the edges being slightly thicker. Bake for 15 minutes.
Sautee the onions, pepper, and garlic until the vegetables are tender. On the prepared crust, spread the pizza sauce in a thin layer. Then add the chicken, sautéed mixture, and mushrooms. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
