3 3/4 cup cauliflower crumbles (425 g)
1 large onion, chopped (200 g)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup frozen green peas
3 large eggs, scrambled
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Sauté garlic and onions in a skillet until onions are tender. Add peas and soy sauce to the skillet and cook until the peas are thawed. Add cauliflower crumbles to the skillet, incorporating them into the soy sauce and other ingredients, and cook until cauliflower is tender. Add scrambled eggs and stir. Remove from heat and serve.
